Achieving goals
At new year, we all think like "this year is gonna be my year" and we say that we are going to start changing some bad habits, doing things better, working on ourselves, basically cleaning up our lives but deep down we know that those goals and dreams are gonna fade away in weeks and in the best of cases, months. It is never easy to change some habits you have been having through your whole life, so you can't just say that you are going to change that overnight. If you really want to have a better lifestyle and to have purposes in your life, you have to start little by little.
Start clearing your dreams, your goals and what you want for you. Then you can impose yourself some goals but don't demand yourself too much, start with little projects and goals, and don't give up if you forget something or things doesn't came up as you wanted. Keep working on that, and when you have achieved it, you would feel so good and the satisfaction you have because of that will motivate you to do something else for yourself.
Always keep in mind that you're running your own race and thinking about yourself and working for a better life is something you'll never regret of, maybe now you can think that what you want seems imposible or very difficult, but if you start NOW and you put a grain of sounf in the beach of your dreams, little by little you are going to live your dream.

I like it . Because it is the reality of what all of us think that because it is a new year our habits are going to change suddenly
